Downtown Bellingham Partnership (DBP) is seeking proposals from qualified consultants
to facilitate the development of a comprehensive Strategic Plan that will guide the
organization’s priorities, programs, and long-term sustainability.
We invite proposals from consultants with experience in downtowns, Main street
programs, nonprofit strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and/or BID development
to help shape DBP’s future direction.
DBP is accepting proposals up to $20,000 for the duration of the project
